My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were constantly noisy, with sounds from the pool and street traffic, but they were equipped with all the necessary amenities. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being accommodating while others seemed indifferent. The location, right at the beginning of the Malecon, was convenient but the noise was a drawback.
